Designing homes that feel personal, layered, and enduring

At Baaya Design, we approach residential design as a dialogue, between people, space, material, and memory. Our work goes beyond visual aesthetics to create homes that reflect individual lifestyles, sensibilities, and ways of living.

Each bespoke residential project is shaped by the client’s story. From private apartments and villas to heritage homes and contemporary residences, we design spaces that balance functionality with emotional resonance. Our process is rooted in thoughtful spatial planning, material intelligence, and craft-led detailing, ensuring that every element feels intentional and timeless.

Working closely with homeowners, architects, and interior designers, we translate personal narratives into bespoke artworks, spatial interventions, and design details that evolve gracefully with the home and its inhabitants.
